What could help my legs feel better? So I have soccer in 1 hour but my legs hurt (its because I've been running a lot) and I don't hav a choice I have to go but how do I make my legs feel better in 1 hour because they hurt... And yes I do have to go because otherwise my coach won't let me be on a team and tryouts are in a week and games are in 1 and a half

Answer:
try relaxing your muscles with a hot bath? this normally works for me when i ache, and also it will relax you so you don't get nervous about your soccer game :) or maybe someone will give you a massage?
