What Kind of Pain is this?!?

I shoveled snow 4 days ago and started getting this pain 3 days ago... The pain is under my left arm right underneath my armpit and go towards my left breast. I been to my heart doctor and it has nothing to do with my heart. But I do get a little chest pain. Is this a pulled chest muscle? I only feel the pain during the day and not at night. Also my pain goes alittle to my back.. I do have a chiropractor and has been working on my upper back and neck cause I have had pain there for couple months. Also yesterday morning I woke up to my left hand kinda numb and hurting. Could I have slept on it wrong? Thanks for your help! I want this pain to go away.

You could have a pinched nerve or strained a muscle, if the conditon persists thatn go to your docter and mention pinched nerve and strained muscle, non are serious and are both treatable.
