GCSE coursework help?
-
hey, i'm kind of worried that a couple of my sentences in my coursework have come off the internet, i did change the words in it, and im scared that i'll get found out, it was like a couple of sentences spread out across the paper, so it wasnt in big chunks, i dont think my teacher has marked the coursework yet, but do you think i'll be allowed to forget about that coursework because im worried and do another piece of coursework about another topic and send that one off instead?? i just want to be safe, by re-doing it :) thanks

Answer:
So long as there aren't too many of them, and they're just very general things, like definitions and explanations of technical terms, for example, you should be alright. If I were you though I'd submit an updated version just in case, where you've reworded the bits you pulled from the net so that you've written them out yourself, or at the very least stuck them in quote marks and shown somewhere in your essay exactly what you're quoting from.
