The career criminology or psychology help me to enter the FBI?
-
I would like to be an FBI special agent, but my question is that to enter this organization, I need a psychology degree or criminology, which of the two careers is the most convenient?.

Answer:
Obviously les s didn't even read the question. He asked about a degree not the entry programs. How about instead of just assuming you read the question, then answer. Yes Criminology would be the right major, and a minor in psychology would be a bonus. Don't listen to Les s, the link is great, his advice is just stupid, because he is too arrogant to read the actual question. Good luck, Peace.

If you would bother looking at their requirements you would see that neither crim or psych are even mentioned as useful degrees. Instead of getting information off the street or from the uninformed on sites like this go to the FBI site. Since your investigative skills apparently do not go that far (which would make you and excellent agent) I'll give you the link. If you cannot figure out how to click on it here is a direct quote from their page. --------------------------------------… All applicants for the Special Agent position must first qualify under one of five Special Agent Entry Programs. These programs include: Accounting Computer Science/Information Technology Language --------------------------------------… See the words criminology or psychology? http://www.fbijobs.gov/111.asp
Criminology. Psych as a minor. @Les s. Wow you are so stupid words cannot describe. He asked what degree he should look into not the entry programs for the FBI. Try reading the question before acting like your god's gift to earth dick head. If you look at the link you will notice that the words "entry programs" above the listed programs that our dear friend Les s thinks are degrees, haha who doesn't even read the link they posted? Anyway it depends on what you want to do in the FBI. If you want to be a general special agent go with Criminology or Criminal Justice (which ever is offered at your school). Do be sure to look at Les s's link he might not have used it correctly, but I'm guessing your a little smarter than him. If you click on the more details about special agent entry programs it will tell you what kind of degree you need to get in.
