What tips can you give to get into a normal sleep routine?

How to get easily sleep at night? Give me some tips..?

  • Its really hard to me to sleep at night. I always sleep 3 or 4am, and i wake up may be 10 or 11 am in the morning. I could not to sleep in the afternoon, i have many things to do like workout, watching T.V, hang out with my friends, txting or may be playing computer games but its really hard to me to get sleep at night. I always eat more, i eat protein, carbs, and milk at night. I don't how to get sleep easily. I don't like take sleeping pills, its because pills have many side effects? Right? Please give me some tips to get easily sleep at night. I stress myself to get sleep at night,because of that i have pimples that i really hate and also eyebags. Thanks for help me, Godbless and Goodnight. I hope i sleep now. HEHEHE! :)

You say you get to sleep late, well why don't you try waking up earlier, e.g 8 or 9. I have found that I need to be awake for at least 16-18 hours before I can sleep. Bananas can also help, having one 1-2 hours before sleep, caffeine free pain killers, some can make you drowsy. Exercise will also help, 30 minutes for 2 times a week for an adult. 1 hour twice a week for under 18s
