How do i get my Sleep back on track?

  • Im only 17 and I got 1 week for this thanksgiving break. Well it seems as though i totally blew off my responsibility and stayed up all night playing video games. Everyday day i stood up to 4am playing games and have woken up at 4pm. I just barely woke up 20min ago and I just remembered "Oh Crap School Tommorrow" so how should i go about tonight? i know i'll have trouble going to sleep anytime before 2am and of course if im waking up at 4pm how in the world will i wake up at 6am? please i need help, im a straight A+ student and i cant afford to miss school, and also i dont want to take sleep pills because they are bad for you, I will drink some coffee though. Any suggestions?

    Try to go to bed early today even if you are not feeling tired, which i imagine you wouldn't since you just woke up. It will be kind off hard to get use to but your just going to have to live with it for a couple days. It would be mindless to not go to school to sleep in because you would be going with your cycle and then on tuesday you would feel the same way. I don't know... next time try not to stay up so late
