Question about elbow pain?

ok so about 1 and half months ago i was playing basketball and a really fat girl fell like into my arm. she pushed up right against m elbow and it really hurt. it hurt bad for about 3 weeks after and then it started to get better. the pain isnt always still there but it hurts to shoot a basketball form 3- point line and it hurts to climb things. i cant do chin- ups or pull- ups due to this. what could of happened? how can i fix this?

hi thats a shame, once a bad player kicked me in football and broke my leg. it felt bad the whole summer. it really is a bummer. but there are various things you can do to ease the pain and heel the injured site.. eg. if after 3 weeks the pain is still there, there may be more then just muscle injury, the tendon or the ligament may be injured. as a sports coach and pharmacist and personal trainer id recommend to get it checked out. it hard to advise without looking and no expert can give advise online without proper examination... but if the fat girl was to blame and it was ill motivation involved like it was with my accident, you can even be able to get legal help. in both case i can advise. thanks
