Did a calve workout and i cant walk now?

ok so from my knees down shredding pain i did high weight exercises with slow reps is this pain normal because i havent workout my calve in a long time. i literally cant walk

You over did it, soak in a hot bath a few times and try as hard as it is, to force yourself to stretch those calves gently.

eat some bananas and other potassium stuff and then ice for 15 mins then heat for 15 mins. keep doing those 15 min intervals
You worked them to hard. The muscle is sore. This happens to me also when I do weight lifting after I havn't done it in a while. Wait till the pain subsides a little than work them out again to get the acid that has built up out. The best thing for a sore muscle is to work it out again. Unless it is injured.
