My toe touches and how can I improve?

What are some stretches that will improve my toe touches?

  • I just made Varsity Cheerleader at my school as a freshman but am in desperate need of some help! I really need some stretching ideas that will help me to become super limber and improve my jumps. I would also love for any other advise on dance or cheer jumps ect... :) Thanxs and I appreciate it! :)

    If you want to increase flexibility of your muscles... Stretch them several times a day. It's just like working out gain muscles and get big. You have to constantly do it, and there is no safe, quick, way to improve. (Quick way for gaining muscle=steroids. Not safe.) If you want to improve toe touches, do them. Maybe get somebody to push you, not too much, but just a little bit, so you can improve gradually. Same with other stretches. If you do your stretches 20-30 minutes, twice a day, every day, in a week you will see very nice results, in two, awesome results, and three-four weeks, you *should* be where you want to.
