How do I get rid of a pulled muscle?

I pulled a muscle streching for ballet.(Im a Ballet Dancer) The muscle that I pulled is my inner-thei (My left)I need to know what i can do to speed up the healing. -Thank You

When did you pull it? If it was less than 2 days ago do NOT heat it!!! You must ICE it! Heat will stimulate blood flow that will make swelling worse! For the first 2 days ice it. Hold an ice pack to the injured area for 5 mins then let it warm up for about 5 to 7 mins. Do this 3 to 4 times. After 2 days you can use heat. There is plenty of websites you can look up at google to help you with this to.
