Whats the best way to heal an infection?

• i priced my lip on my own - yes, now, and at the time i was doing i knew i was asking for it to be infected but i thought just maybe id be one of the lucky ones. i cleaned the needle also. im not looking to find what i did wrong, just asking what makes it heal. i have been putting hydrogen peroxide on it every day. is there anything else i can do for it. and i cant go to the doctor because my mom dosnt think its worth it because its a lot of money considering i dont have health insurance at the moment.

  I would clean the area with a sterile solution immediately.Pat gently until dry and then mix a baking soda paste, kind of thick and dab on puncture several times a day. Don't use anything petroleum base because it can trap any dirt or germ inside and can cause an even worse situation. Antibiotic cream is good if it doesn't contain petroleum (cream not gel).
