How to Handle having Attachment Issues? Any advice would help?

Work related issues as an attachment student?

  • i'm currently doing my legal attachment as a 3rd year law student at my uncle's law firm. my cousin sister also happens to work there. my cousin sister is 6 years older than me and is already a lawyer working for my uncle. my uncle once promised my father that when he dies, the firm would be passed on to me. but eversince my cousin sister's appearance at my uncle's firm about a year ago, i am having doubts about that. i feel so helpless at times. i also feel very vulnerable and small compared to her. i am but an attachment student only. i haven't even graduated yet! and plus it doesn't help that my cousin sister is being very mean towards me at work. she constantly make sarcastic remarks and treat me with disrespect. but at times she is over the top nice. and i find that very fake of her. my uncle on the other hand has been very nice to me. he passes me work to be done and studied for and holds discussions with me in his room. how do i deal with my cousin sister? and how can i be the best attachment intern and make my uncle proud of me? i want to prove to my cousin sister that while i may be way younger and inexperienced compared to her, i can still prove my mettle! please advice

  • Answer:

When she is mean to you act like she didn't bother you and be real nice to her don't matter how mean she is to you. Work extra hard to prove you can be just as better then her. Bring her down with success and kindness.
