What are some extremely good study tips?

What are some good study habits? Tips? Suggestions? Anything?

• I feel horrible for asking this question being a high school sophomore and all. I get good grades (A's, baby!), but my study habits need major improvement. i realize it takes will power on my part, but any good tips or suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated. I saw on The Cosby Show that it helped Theo to not have music or T.V. and no snacks... =/ Please and thank you!

  Everybody studies differently, but here's a little something that always helps me remember the one thing that just doesn't stick. Make up a picture, a funny rhyme, anything that helps you associate the question with the answer. No matter how stupid it sounds, it really helps. Here's just one example that I used a while back in history, and you see how dumb it looks--but it made me remember. Charles A. Lindbergh = Lind = Wind = Flying = First person to fly over the Atlantic ocean! Good luck on any tests.
