The new speakers i installed in my car are making a static noise when the volume is turned up. whats wrong?
-
i also installed a new stereo with it. The car has a stock amp. could that be causing the problem?
-
Answer:
The stock amp has nothing to do with this, since you more than likely bypassed the stock amp and are not using it. There may be an issue with not enough wattage going to the new speakers, they may need more than what the stereo is providing for them. The other problem could be that the stereo is giving them to much power. If you could list what speakers your talking about we could be of more help. Also what stereo did you install into your car.
