Where is the 'Temporary Internet Files' folder located in Windows xp?

In spite of repeated use of CCleaner, there is one file in my 'Temporary Internet Files' folder that does not get removed. I am unable to physically locate the folder. It does not show under 'Windows' Folder. How to locate it and delete this file? I use Windows xp. Thanks

Answer:
The Path is ----------> "C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files" But Befor you doing that goto My Computer- --> Tools --> Folder Options --> View --> Show Hidden Files & Folders --> Apply --> OK
