How can I keep these websites from popping up on my computer?

Why my computer has window that keep popping up and scanning my computer for error?

• I clicked on the icon that unfamiliar on my folder, after that my it just keep installing something. I tried to stopped it but it just keep going and going untill the program installed. Then this program keep popping and scanning my computer for error then. I tried to re start my computer wish that this will go away but still popping and popping. I tried to cooperate with what that program, followed what they asking but I am afraid that they might get my personal information. The program asking me to buy computer's protection. How can I get rid off this program? Can someone show me how? I even unplug all internet connection, for that computer because I am afraid that they can access personal information.

  go to the control Panel and then automatic update off the security and stop the automatic uptation,internet uptation(it is may off inbefore or not), after that close the window.
