Stress Relieving Sites Stress Me Out?

I have a BIG problem with stress. I've spent countless hours searching online for ways to instantly relieve my stress. When I say instantly, I mean like, When I get stressed, I start doing something where I am, no matter where I am, to start relieving stress the very second following what stresses me out. A great example is when I'm playing video games, and someone, like in MW2, noob-tubes me. That's not a big deal, but when they noob tube me 4 times in 30 seconds, I get pissed. This is just an example, but I want to find a way to relieve my stress somewhere around 30 seconds after that 4th noobtube hits me. Oh, and the title: I hate it when 99.9% of the stress reducing websites I stumble upon say the same damn things: THINGS TO DO FOR INSTANT STRESS RELIEF! (My ***.....) Meditate, Plant a garden (That's instant? I lol'd.) Walk it off, (This one's funny) Take a deep breath (Like that ever works....) Sex (Yeah, I can call up my girlfriend and say something like "I just got tubed in MW2, wanna have sex?) Drink in Moderation (Under 21, don't have alcohol within arms reach....)
