Is it unhealthy to be awake all night?

Do you sleep all day and are awake all night?

  • i mean i dont sleep at all --all night and i only get some sleep during the morning. im sleepier during the daytime and very awake at night or alot more awake at night. do you find yourself being like that too?

    not really........i mean sometimes YES. But for the most part no. I know alot of friends who tend to do that though.

i did that when my husband went to egypt. we didn't have enough money for the both of us to go and he has family there. anyways i was too much lonely. too pass the days by sleeping was my way of coping. i slept all day and than owned the night. i'm nocturnal 2
