Is there email validation baked in to Rails 3?

I NEVER GOT MY POTTERMORE VALIDATION EMAIL!?

  • HELP! its been 11 hours and i still havent gotten a validation email!!!! im freaking out over here!! i checked spam and my inbox, and NOTHING! anybody else in the same situation or know why i haven't gotten one. and yes i know for sure that i should get a validation email because i created another account AFTER the first and i got an email from that account

    i have been waiting for my email for over 14 hours now... but the Pottermore website says... Can I enter Pottermore as soon as I have registered? No. After you have registered (by submitting your details and validating your registration via the email sent to you), we will send you a Welcome email letting you know that you can gain access Pottermore. Due to the number of people seeking to register, you may have to wait several weeks before receiving this email.

it's been 13.5 hours now for me and mine still hasn't arrived. today, it's supposed to open from somewhere from 9AM-1PM EST. unfortunately, i have to work during most of these hours, so i'm kind of angry, to tell you the truth. i stalked pottermore just to sign up when i could, and i never got the validation email.

Me too! I got an awesome nickname (FelicisMist109) but the email never arrived and in 10 1/2 more hours it won't be valid anymore! And I used my gmail! I just made a new one but its so much more boring (SkullWormwood181)
