Logitech Webcam 250 doesnt work with windows live messenger?

everytime i click on my webcam it just say messenger is not avilable right now please try again later. But it does it everyday this week, what might be the problem?

Go to Tools -> audio and video setup Run through options and make sure it's all working. Make sure you have the up-to-date driver, if you are unsure go on the logitech website and search for it and download it : ) Finaly make sure your not trying to use it at college or work as firewalls usually block webcams
