What computer Monitor should I get?

What is the best way to get water out of a computer monitor?

• I was just trying to clean my boyfriends computer because i kinda got a few fingerprints on the screen (he doesn't like me going near it usually so i dont want him to know) I just used a wet cloth and some mild soap which got the screen spotless, only problem now is it wont switch back on! . i think some water got into the vent in the top of the screen but it cant have been too much as the cloth wasnt too wet, but i didnt think that should matter because its only giving off light, not electricity because its LCD? Anyway i've got a few hours before he arrives home so whats the best way to get water out of the monitor? would a hairdryer work? Please help!!! (Monitor is a samsung syncmaster 205bw)

  yes a hairdryer might work but time is best, just leave it alone and let it dry. As long as you don't try turning it on until it is dry it won't fry from the water
