Antiglare screens for monitor?
-
I notice my eyes tend to get tired quickly from computer use. I was wondering if any uses antiglare screens. And if they help the eye strain any. Is there any difference between this and just adjusting the contrast? Also a recommendation on amazon.com would be great.

Answer:
unless you actually have glare from an external light source, just turn down the brightness. most lcd screens come at full brightness cause it's impressive at first but it eventually burns your eyeballs out. mine run at about 50% and both came out of the box set at 100%
