How can I keep these websites from popping up on my computer?

Windows keep popping up on my windows computer.?

  • Whenever I am working on any kind of project, or communicating with my friends, for example AIM, Preferences or the setting for those specific programs keep popping up. I will simply just click the X button but then they will immediately keep popping up even though i'm constantly closing them. It gets very annoying, especially whenever I am working on something important. This isn't happening with one only program, its happening with with a lot of my programs. I am thinking that maybe its the keyboard i'm using right now, but I really don't know. I have a windows 7 computer and if someone can help me with this problem, that would be great.

download an anti adware program such as lavasoft adaware or superantispyware then run it in safemode by pressing the f8 key at startup then choose safemode
