Logitech quick cam?

• At some expected times when I do not need to the cam the cam activates suddenly on its own, I can tell cause the light indicator of the camera turns on. Plus sometimes when the it opens unexpectedly, I try to look in my computer if any program of the logitech web cam window is there but it seems its not there, there isn't even any in the list of the programs listed in the task manager if its open, all I could do instead of unplugging it is turning it away from me and wait until it offs on its own and it does. I don't really get it. can somebody please answer this bizarre thing. I had this logitech web cam for a year now and just now its acting weird. But it always functions well in chats and quick capture or even in video recording. I'm I being watched somehow or my web cam is going cookoo on me? I mean its working well but at times it lights to no reason at all and no program is open, I tried activating the web cam when it's light indicator is on using quick capture but it wouldn't open all it said it was being used in iexplore application and I'll need to close that application in order to reconnect and use the web cam for quick capture. but off course like I said after sometime the light indicator turns off and then its back to being normal again, but still this weird activity keeps on coming up more often now. Is my cam broken?
