Utorrent not downloading the file but uploading?

I am downloading a 3d max file with 0 seeds and 9 peers until 77 % it was downloading well but after tat the file is only being uploaded it is not downloading.... Wat could be the problem.. ANYONE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Seeds are the people sharing the file, peers are people connected to the file and wanting it as well.
