Parts of my internet is not working. I'm not sure why. Please help! Thanks!?

Okay, so like facebook is working, but chat is not. Youtube is working but only some videos are. Lots of them aren't though. Picnik isn't working at all. And a lot of other websites aren't working either. It just keeps coming up 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' I've tried restarting my computer and everything but nothing is working. Please help my fix this problem! Thanks!

hi u need to reset your internet it should fix the problem ok its easy to do go to control panel click it then click internet option.. look at the top right u will see Advanced click this look down to bottom of box and click RESET its easy hope it helps did for me :)
