Whats the easiest way to make a blog with frontpage?

• I am looking to make a blog on frontpage. I want to be able to customize everything on my blog, and not have to deal with stupid advertisements... Whats the best way to do this? I am moderate at web page design. I am great with Microsoft programs... I want to make it so its easy for me to update the site... Any sugguestions? Maybe I shouldnt be using frontpage at all?

  the words "blog" and "frontpage" don't go together. wrong app for a blog. frontpage is a VERY old program for designing web pages. but it is supported by MANY hosting sites. enable it in the hosting control panel and you are set. Everybody now uses HTML+CSS to design their stuff rather than frontpage's tags and images only formatting. blogs are done using wordpress usually, on PHP+mysql. mysql is the database, which you will need to set up in the hosting control panel. you will need to at least create a database and database user. and write down the database username and password on a piece of paper along with your hosting control panel username and password and URL, and FTP settings (hostname, username, password) and file it. I have one file for each web site. actually, a better (and the replacement) program, if you like microsoft stuff and you don't mind spending the $$$, is Microsoft Expression Web (been called the king of CSS) $140 or Microsoft Expression Studio 4 Ultimate (If you have $547). It is Microsoft's Microsoft ASP.Net-specific answer to Adobe's Dreamweaver $400 and Adobe Web Premium $1799 (except that the ms stuff does video). If you choose the Adobe stuff, you *might* get work in that as well (no promises). Adobe skills are usually in demand by employers. Have you tried wordpress.com for a blog? I don't think it has ads.
