Itunes question!? Please Answer!! :)?

I have my itunes on my mom's desktop. and I bought my sister's old laptop and she had a itunes on it and when I open it it shows her songs how do I change my itunes to my/her old laptop? I sure hope this question makes sense. :P

I am not really sure but perhaps you can sign in unde your iTunes account? Perhaps it will then just sync all tour stuff.
