My Ipod won't let me Sync my music, what do I do?

My iTunes wont let me sync new music to my iPod.?

• My Computer had a major crash about a month ago, and there still is no known cause, but when I fixed it, I ended up erasing everything on the computer, and it essentially is in straight-from-the-factory condition. I have iTunes downloaded, and the songs that i bought on iTunes with the old computer, but not the videos (still haven't figured that one out yet, feel free to help there) and now I have new music that I'd like to sync, but i don't want to erase everything that's on there already. Help please?
