The glitter probably scratched your eye. If there's even tha tslightest doubt about getting it all out, you must go to a doctor ASAP. You should probably go anyhow.

If you read the label on the container, if it doesn't state anything, then don't panic otherwise. If your eyes are not sore anymore, I would get eye drops for the dryness, if your still worried. Go have have them flushed at the hospital.

You need to flush them well with eye wash or contact lens solution (NOT Visine type stuff). After that you can use artificial tears (ask at your pharmacy) as needed. The hospital can do no more than that if there appears to be no cuts in your eye. If it does not feel much better in 24 hrs, see your doctor as you may need an antibiotic ointment.
