Does Tazorac help with acne scars?

SEVERE ACNE! HELP! Professional advice needed.?

• Ok, I am 25 years old and still have absolutely terrible acne. I really don't know what to do about it either because I have tried almost everything except accutane. When I was 12 thru high school, I only had problems of white heads...but lots of them. Then in college, I developed Seborrhea dermatitis and was getting terrible nodular acne. My whole face cracked open around my nose, skin builded up...It looked terrible. Now that I have been using selenium sulfide and metrogel, the seborrhea dermatitis part has gotten better but I still get nodular and cystic acne. Now lately, I have noticed something really weird. I have getting patches (1.5" diameter) where I just get like 20 pimples all in the same spot. They are a mixture between white heads, inflammation under the skin, and nodular. It is usually really dry on top of that area and painful. The rest of my face is usually pretty clear (Minus tons of scars) while I have the patch of acne. Then, it stays there 3 weeks or so, and moves to a totally different spot, where it does the same thing. For example, I had the patch of pimples under my right eye on my cheek, then as that went a way I had a patch on the top right part of my forehead near my hair line, then a patch on my chin briefly, and now a quarter size patch growing on my left cheek. I don't get why all of my pimples have to grow all in the same spot! I can't even cover it with makeup! It looks like I have erupting volcanoes on my face! Sorry for TMI! This isn't a light case of bad acne...this is truly the severe stuff!! People who see me with my makeup off have every reason to be scared of me! Things I have tried: Metrogel Selenium Sulfide Minocin/Minocycline Birth Controls (various) Doxycycline, which helped but it made me sick and I can't take antibiotics all the time. Tazorac Kep tabs or something like that Benzol Peroxide Epiduo Hydrocortizone cream Proactive Lumitrol or something like that Many other antibiotics Many other prescribed topicals I can't even remember salyictic acid drinking tons of water...tons. every possible over the counter facewash that exist. HELP! I'm so sick of looking like a monster! I've been to the dermatologist tons..but there is obviously something they are missing I'm even using expensive makeup (Glominerals) which is supposed to help with the acne. Any ideas?
