Flushed face, what could be wrong?

My face is constantly flushed, and I'm often overheated!!?

I'm 19 female, fair skinned, thin, live in midwest. I'm always extremely rosy in the face with every emotion I ever feel, or any where I go, and I get extremely warm. It's february, my heat is off, I'm going to sleep in shorts and a t-shirt and my face is beat red and burning! I'm curious why this is, if there's anything I can do about it. The red face issue I want to resolve more so out of vanity, but the heat is so uncomfortable!

There are many possible causes and all are medically treatable with varying degrees of success. Rosacea is one possibility, but there are several others. Ask your doctor.
