Flushed face, what could be wrong?

For about 2 hours now my body's been shaking as if I'm cold, but my face is red hot and flushed! Any idea what's going on?

I am almost 16 and Usually around 2 o clock and then again in the evenin my face will get really flushed and red and I can't figure out why, any suggestions? Plz
