What is the best treatment for moderate, persistent acne?

What acne treatment is best??

  • I wanted to know what acne treatment is best. I used proactiv but after about a month or so i started to get back my acne. Also when i don't use anything at all my skin gets a little oily after a while and i break out even more. I used Murad and it worked better that proactiv but the thing is that after a while these products stop working the way they were when you first used them. If nothing else helps then ill go back to murad. And also when i used just simple cleaners like the department store and clean and clear ones, my skin got really bad, i broke out a lot and my skin got dry and i don't usually get acne around my cheeks, but i got them when i used those products i think it was a reaction, like a rash kinda. The thing is that i thought i should just use the simple cleaners because my acne really isnt THAT bad its just that i have a lot of little bumps on my forehead and acne on my nose sometimes and also blackheads but thats it i dont have it as bad as having it all over. help?

  • Answer:

Proactive has cleared my skin up in about 2 months....and it's really good...it doesn't dry your skin out or anything!

After experienced what I experienced http://img135.imageshack.us/my.php?image=52627615nc5.jpg I've decided that creams and skin products aren't worth a damn, because I received that complexion from proactiv and other creames/drugs + bad dietary habits, Most people don't like to hear this, but you need to fix the problem by starting from the root, which is inside. The reason most people don't like this is because you actually have to realize that acne doesn't just become because you have dirt on you face or some crap like that. What you need to do is give your body an eternal cleansing. There are probably a lot of ways to do this, but I suggest http://www.acnefreein3days.com/ It shows how to get rid of your acne fast, with no drugs. This is the only thing that was able to get rid of my acne. Just check it out. It could change your skin a lot

If those medications don't seem to work, you might want to try a proven holistic method of treatment. It's a natural way of fighting acne and a heck of a lot cheaper than those drugs your using now. Go to http://software-ebooks4you.com for more info on this kind of treatment.

Make sure you're not overmedicating. Washing your face too often and using acne medication too often will dry out your skin and give you a rash that will encourage breakouts. -Wash no more than 2 times a day. -Try to use and acne medication with Glycerin in it. - Know what foods to eat and which ones NOT to eat. Acne is causes by the fluxuation of hormones in the body. This in turn is controlled by what foods you eat. - Learn the natural ways to control acne so you don't become dependent on medication to clear your skin. The source link below has strategies to help you accomplish this goal. Best of Luck!
