How do you relieve stress?

How can I relieve stress so that I dont get sicker!!?

  • have had THE worse night of my life. I have been looking for my lost car keys and phone for the past like 3 hours and finally found them. I had to go to a mesume after school for a class project. I jsut got home and its already 8:30 and I havent started any of my homework. I have soo much to do. I have to write a 4 page research paper... another 2 page paper, and an outline for an in class essay tomm at school. I also have to iron my stupid outfit for choir. Plus im tired, stressed, and I have a really really bad cold right now. How can I relieve all this stress so that I can go to bed by at least 4am? I have to get up at 6am for school and need at least 2 hrs of sleep. I need to get rid of all this stress so I dont get sicker too!! Please help me!! What do i do? Also--randomly, Is there anything I can like do to like smother my cold for a while so i can finish all of this work.?!?! ahh im losing my mind.

    multitask. i always listen to music when i'm doing homework it helps me. try to focus on just the one thing you are working on not what you have to do. eat some healthy food. space your papers out, like write one then iron then write another so you have a little time to think... or if you get stuck on one then go iron so you have time to think. i always do stuff easier to hardest like i'll do the easiest thing first and work up to the hardest. take some deep breaths and then just dive right in! good luck =]

whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE NYQUILL (aka knockout juice) it will just make you sleep one thing you can do is to take on the harder tasks one step at a time and just pace yourself in a way that you finish everything by 4am
