Allergic reaction to supplements.

Do you have this type of reaction to herbal supplements?

• I think I may be allergic to Siberian Ginseng or Ginkgo Biloba or Chaste berry tree or Red Clover. Is this possible? Who is allergic to natural herbs!

  it's possible to be allergic to anything. just because it says it's "natural" doesn't mean it's impossible to be allergic to it. sometimes you can be allergic to something that's not the herb itself. do they come in capsules? maybe you're reacting to that. sometimes things are treated in the drying process. the best way to know for sure obviously would be to see an allergist, but if you suspect you are allergic, it's probably best to stay away from them or try an alternate brand. allergies only get worse with repeated exposure.
