Slight fat loss workout/diet?

How can I loss this fat on my belly.My whole body is skinny.Still have a hard time getting a 6-pack ab.Help :(?

  • I been having a hard time getting rid of fat off of my belly. It's too depressing for me to watch myself working hard to get rid of it. I'm afraid to loss muscle-mass to even do any cardio. The reason why I don't do it because my leg are too skinny and have gain muscle but don't want to strink it. Sadly my arm, chest, leg seemed to be really skinny and my stomach still have some fat that looks really annyoing to look at. I so badly want to loss fat from pubic to upper ab area. So does anybody know what to do about this? Could it be the diet that I am in? I have no idea. I have heard that yogurt help the body from not losing the muscle while losing fat while doing some cardio.

    Believe it or not, getting a 6-pack has a lot to do with your genetics. Don't worry though, it's still possible to get that 6-pack in your case. Your Diet is the most important thing to getting a ripped stomach. Eat less and do a lot of cardio; that's the easy way to put it. I also gain weight only around my stomach area...it's annoying. I have to watch everything I eat if I wanna be ripped...but I've done it before and I'm sure you can too.

calories in vs. calories out. you need to burn or cut out 3500 calories to loose one lb. so if you cut out 500 calories a day from your normal eating habbits and run enough to burn 150 calories then in a week youll loose a pound bla bla bla just remember you need to loose 3500 calories to loose one lb. but with your cardio, try interval training.

You need to go to therapy to find out what the underlying cause may be. it has to be more than a craving...maybe a hormone imbalance or something medically or mentally out of whack. you need to start exercising and eat fresh fruits/vegies, berries and fiber when you want to eat the junk food. occupy your time with reading, walking, hanging out with friends, etc. attend church. having God on your side always helps.
