Approximately how much weight can I gain in a month?

  • I'm 16, female, 5'2 and weigh AROUND 95 lbs (maybe less, no scales). I can't gain weight because I have a really fast metabolism and a smallish appetite - don't feel hungry very often. Plus I have a really tiny frame naturally. I've been trying to gain weight by eating more, drinking more milk and swallowing 2/3 table spoons of olive oil before bed because it's very calorific and also healthy (I hope that's not dangerous or anything..?). For certain reasons I want to gain as much weight as possible in a month. Anyway I just want to know how much weight it is possible to gain in 30 days and how.. like can you give me any tips? Particularly tips on increasing my appetite. I really really want to gain as much as possible, I don't care if it's healthy weight, fat or muscle. Also, I don't exercise and don't want to unless it's absolutely necessary, I want to gain weight by increasing my appetite and eating. I live at home and don't cook my own meals. Eating fiber makes you feel full which is great when you’re trying to lose weight but when you need to increase your appetite, eating less fiber leaves more room in your stomach for high calorie foods. Step5 Drink a small glass of fruit juice half an hour before your meal. The sugar in fruit juice causes a spike, followed by a decline in your blood sugar that triggers your appetite. Step6 Eat just before you go to bed. Consuming food at night increases the release of insulin and stimulates your appetite. However, doing this every night will also increase your metabolism. Try eating late at night only once every 3 to 4 days. Step7 Use artificial sweeteners to increase your appetite. Some researchers think these sweeteners might cause your insulin level to spike, increasing your appetite. Step8 Try eating a little more food than you actually want at each meal. As your stomach stretches, your appetite will increase accordingly.
