Creatine is it Good? Bad? Does it Work?

Will this little dosage of HMB and creatine work?

  • hi i work out 5 days a week and take only 3 HMB capsules before my workout ( more is recomended but its dear ) and take 2 grams of creatine , 32 grams of whey protein after my workout along with glutamine etc which is contained in the mix - will these little doses work - i also eat alot so i get alot of protein anyway

    do you know what the purpose of these things you are taking for. Creatine the body can only use 5grams per day anything over that is waste product,protein is for the recovery of muscle tissue the amout of protein you need per day depends on alot of factors, glutamine is an amino acid, also for recovery, I recomend 1/4tps post workout,again there are alot of factors if you can find a personal trainer not to hire yet most are willing to give and make suggestion.
