How can i lose 3 pounds a week?

  • I run 6 miles daily 20 running&10 walking ido 25situps daily..ieat oatmeal in the morning(sugar-free). for lunch ieat something simple like warm potatoes wit white rice or a bowl of lettuce..things like dat..for dinner ieat a salad! (meat,chicken,fish) with rice..idrink pure water no sugary drinks...after dinner i wait 2hrs and go workout when am back ieat small portion of nonfat yoghurt with oats&fruit...after idrink fat-burn tea..ive lost 5 pounds in the last 3 weeks:( am very dissapointed bcuz ive done alot :0 &ineed u guys to help me how can ilose 2-3 pounds a week! :0 also idnt eat junk btw..any tips? thanks :/ god bless
