How To Get Abs?

How to get abs when I am in gym, what sort of routine should I do it. How long will it take to get abs?

  • I go to the gym every day for about 2 hours. Question? ok I am 15 years of age. and I used to be really fat until I started to hit the gym. I go there for about 2 sessions ( 2 hours) Then I go to the pool to relax. ======================================… My thigh muscle is really strong. But its my body I'm annoyed with. I can see it getting slimmer. But I want abs. But I constantly eat ( there are days when people feel the need to eat) I drink no water. ( can if I want) I cycle to the gym ( I can get to the gym in under 5 mins. Personal record) But its the abs I want. Nothing else. Can you give me tips on how to get abs while maintaining my life routine, Yes, I go to school.

    do you still have fat over your middle area? If so, you need to continue the cardio, as much as possible. Run on the treadmill, use the elliptical, stairmaster, etc. Sweat as much as possible during your visits to the gym and sweat off anything in your middle area that covers your abs. Once you get rid of that fat, then you will start seeing results of your ab workouts. Theres alot of things you can do at the gym, or at home. At the gym, use those ab machines, but on a lower setting (at first) and do LOTS of reps. You can also use the ab board with one of those heavy medicine balls. Use a chin up bar, and raise your knees up using your abs At home, you can do sit ups, cruches, lemon squeezers (lifting both chest and legs off floor, then lowering body until flat and parrallel to ground without legs or chest actually touching the ground), bicycles, v-sits, leg lifts, pelvic thrust (knees bent, arms flat, important to keeps abs tight entire time when lifting pelivs off ground and straight into the air, and back flat when on the ground) etc. I used to do 200 situps/variations every day in middle school, and it only took me a month to see definition. I was naturally thin and had no fat, so it may take longer for others. I may be a chick, but these workouts still work. I've helped guys and my almost 50 year old mother get great abs. About eating: eat lots of lean protiens. Lean steaks, fish, poultry, beans, nuts. I eat eggs alot of breakfast. I snack on almonds all day. Try to eat as little processed food as possible, and eat lots of fruits and veggies as snacks throughout the day.
