How can I lose small love handles and extra weight?

I'm 15 years old and I dance every week day between 1 hour-4 hours (depends on the night). I'm about 5'1 and I am not positive about my weight but its between 115-130. I have small love handles that you can see through my jeans when I wear tighter jeans. I have a lot of cardio that I do in dance and we do crunches once to two times a week. I go to the gym with my girl friends at least once a week. But i cannot lose the extra stomach fat and the small love handles. I feel very self concious and always wear a sweater when I wear tighter fitting jeans. Also, I get really tense when my boyfriend touches me in those areas when we are cuddeling. Any suggestions? Please! I hate feeling like this.

lose a little weight(1 pound a week for 10 weeks) then just maintain it from there.
