How do I get abs like these? Please help :(?

I have been trying for quite a while to get flat abs. However, I just can't seem to get abs like these- what i want is the long and lean, flat abs and the line down the middle. Right now I have a semi-six pack and i want to smooth that out, and I have just a little pudge or extra skin in my lower abs. I've been trying so hard, but I just can't seem to get it quite right! What am I doing wrong, and what can I do to get the abs like the model's? Please help, thank you :)

Well... first of all, that chick probably doesn't eat and Victoria's Secret has some amazing airbrushing people. So please don't compare yourself to her. Continue with the walking, power walk off and on and keep up the pilates! You can also try yoga and diet, then muscle building. Make a healthy goal weight for yourself, then work on muscle building. Sit ups, crunches, butterfly exercises... they all focus on your stomach muscles. But you have to lose any belly fat before you start seeing results because your muscles are under the fat. If you keep doing the same workout over and over again, your body will get used to it and stop losing weight. Challenge yourself! Make the workouts more difficult. Never do the same workouts two days in a row. You must let your muscles heal or they will tear. Take one or two days every week to relax and let your metabolism build. Good luck and never starve yourself... it's unhealthy and when you start eating again you'll get really sick and pile on the weight quick! Just keep on working hard. CONGRATULATIONS on all of your weight loss!! Keep it up :)

stop working out your abs cuz that model is so skinny she probably doesnt. stronger abs will just make your stomach stand out more (opposite of that retardedly skinny model) next is to get your body fat % way down. in all honesty that model is probably bullimic.
Buy an air brush kit and spray it on, thats probably the way she got hers.
