I am 17 years old, 5'6 and 135 pounds. I am a pear shape..I want to get down to a size 2. I am very out of shape cardiovascuarly..i cant even run an entire lap around the track lol anyway I want to lose weight FAST, i eat extremley heathly..so diet isint a problem. Can you design a workout program for me??
