    its good, but it must be used correctly. and it must be the good stuff. If you drink that ready made, flavored powder it isnt good stuff... you need to buy the powdered Creatine Monohydrate. It can be mixed with plain ole water and drink PLENTY of water... work out hard and you will see your energy level go up and you wont reach fatigue point as fast as you currently do. The downside,you get bloated, muscles look bigger, but you also look slightly fatter and bloated due to water retention.
