Hey (: Hmm I'd go for higher calorie foods like noodles , curries, and chilli. The nutritionist will be able to offer good advice though. Good luck xoxox

You should have around 2000 calories a day, and around 86 grams of fat.
add 500 calories to your caloric needs. need 2200 2200+500=2700 you need 2700 calories per day to gain one pound a week (500 extra x 7 days=3500 extra calories=1 pound) it is better to gain it all back at once and look normal than have major health problems. eat PB and banana sandwiches. they can have up to 560 per sandwich. and drink milk. it has fats in it and any bone density you lost due to underweight-ness should be helped by the calcium. good luck:)
eat a bowl of ice cream at night before you go to bed. you know if you eat befor you go to bed you gain weight. that's why its better to eat before 6 people say. but if you only weigh 87 lbs you shouldnt gain alot. just eat a little bowl of ice cream at night. some people dont gain weight you may be one of them. ggood luck ;)
You really aren't like EXTREMELY ILL skinny but you are very skinny for your height my friend is 5 foot and 93 lbs and she is normal, so try to aim for 96 lbs, just eat more meat and excercise, build muscle.
go to the nutritionist. and aim for 100 lbs of mostly muscle
how old are you. you could try eating junk food for 2 or 3 days and gain a couple pounds. go on a nice lil' lazy spree. you'll gain plenty.
Some good foods to eat if you're trying to gain a little weight: Peanut Butter, Avocados, Nuts, 2% Milk, and Protein Bars or Drinks. Depending on your current calorie intake, in order to gain weight your new calorie count will vary. You probably want to increase it by about 500 calories, but everyone is different. This would result to gaining about a pound a week for about a month. After that you would need to bump up your intake about another 250 calories. Basic Example Meal Plan: Breakfast: 2 pieces Toast with Butter 6 oz. Yogurt (not fat free) Glass of 2% Milk Fruit Mid-Morning: Protein Bar(such as Zone Perfect or Balance Bars) Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jelly Fruit Chips/Pretzels Cookies Drink Dinner: 3 oz. Salmon Rice/Mashed Potatoes Veggies Butter Bread Snack at Night: Nuts, etc. I hope this helped some.
i think you should seek advice from the nutritionist or your doctor.
