Does anyone know some exercises to slim arms?

Exercises for my Pecks and Arms?

  • Does anyone hear know some good exercises that are very effective for your pecks/arms... However, I need exercises that require dumbells or simple exericses like push ups because I can not get to a gym, but i do however have dumbells. Thanks in advanced for all comments and help...

    I'm a trainer. There's a site I use called bodybuilding.com that has a great exercise database you can search. Once you go to the main home page (www.bodybuilding.com), click Enter Supersite. Under the Supersite Category on the left of the page, click Exercises. Click on the body part you want to work, and then you can sort by equipment type (dumbbells only). Hope this helps. If you are just starting out lifting, try sticking with about 12 reps and doing 2 sets per exercise. Once you progress, if you are looking for muscle mass gain, you can increase the weight and drop the reps down. Good luck to you.

with your dumbells you can do fly's (holding weights close to your chest, elbows close to your side and pull your bent forearms out expanding your chest), curls, can't remember what they are called, but hold your weights in each hand again, close to your chest (fingers will be toward your chest)and with your elbows bent, force your arms out with your shoulders and pecs (fingers will be facing out). You can also use them like a lat machine. Putting them over your head and pulling down in slow fluid movements and back up again
