lol you can always get fat with enough determination! but your metabolism is effected by: enzymes, total body surface area, and body composition- muscles fat etc. so what your looking for is increasing body surface area and adding muscle. id say work every muscle even stabilizers and focus extra on major muscles like the quads and latissimus dorsi
