Creatine is it Good? Bad? Does it Work?

If i take creatine for a month mixed with protein after my workout, will it work better?

  • i wanna take a mix of protein and creatine together after my workout. wil this work better because i wanna focus on my arms gitting big and im wondering if i take it for a month if my arms will get big. and another thing is how many times a week should i work out my biceps if i dont work out my back? someone said 2 times if you work your back but if not then 3 times..whats best to do..help?

You should definitely drink a protein shake after working out and eat a meal about one hour after that. You should drink creatine with grape juice. The body retains creatine better if you take it with a simple sugar and 100% grape juice is great. Drink a lot of water, it helps with the creatine. I agree with 2 times at the most any more and you could be overtraining and they won't grow. Lift heavy. Comment to the person below. Creatine does help your muscles recover, and it helps you lift heavier weight, and your muscle stamina is better. All of which make your muscles grow if combined with the right diet. I've been taking it off and on for like 8 years and can definitely lift more when on it.
