Best Weight Gainers?

I used to go to GNC and get their store brand weight gainer that contains 1850 calories. The price is pretty reasonable. To gain weight you need to consistently consume more calories than you burn during the day and from exercise. If you stop using the product you'll just need to consume an adequate amount of calories to sustain your desired weight from healthy sources. People seem to think you need to load up on protein to gain weight. That is not true. If you consume too much protein, your body will just eliminate it because it can not absorb it all. The important thing is calories to consider when wanting to gain weight.

Best two brands for gianing muscle mass, not fat, ate BSN's Tru Mass and MuscleMilk regular . Both have a blend of proteins(casein, whey, egg white, etc) and are high in complex carbs. ****** You MUST do strenght training for these products to add muscle mass. The products themselves merely supply the protein and nutrients that you need. You still have to do the weight lifting. I have 2 clients (and one son) that are trying to gain muscle mass for football and all 3 are using BSN's Tru Mass with excellent results. Also, keep your lifting in the 5 to 7 rep range. Doing a set of 12 to 15 will not add the strenght and size that you need. Remember...higher weight, less reps. Best of luck.

i have a super high metab. to gain weight and keep it i eat alot of tunafish it's all protein. thats the key protein.

Food!! If you really want to use a protein powder, I've heard very good things about Optimum Nutrition. Its what I plan on using my next go round.
